What is a typical day like at Kingdom Kidz Academy?Every classroom has activities, games, and materials designed to engage all children in the specific developmental stages that they are currently experiencing. Teachers create a nurturing environment that encourages children's growth, development, and ability to formulate their own ideas. We follow your family's routine for infant care and use individual development opportunities to build on your child's skills. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books, and activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development each day. Our toddlers become more independent as they learn to walk, talk, and explore their environment. They develop curiosity and interests, which in turn drive the classroom schedule. Our classrooms for preschoolers and pre-kindergarteners provide additional academic support. Teachers help children develop the skills they need to ask and answer questions, work with others, navigate social situations and understand and communicate their own thoughts and feelings. Our teachers plan and execute developmentally appropriate curricula in classrooms that foster all children's growth, independence, physical health and social skills. Frequently Asked Questions
Here are a few answers to our most common questions asked by families.
Our Safety Measures
Kingdom Kidz Academy goes above and beyond to protect students’ health and safety. We require staff and faculty members to complete our Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention, First Aid, CPR, and Safe Sleep training programs. We sanitize toys, books, play spaces, and other learning materials.
The school has a first aid kit available in the event of an accident. In addition to these measures, we ensure that toys are kept out of reach of babies, that play spaces are cleaned regularly, and that all staff members attend our medical-related trainings.
Food & Nutrition
We want your child to be ready for learning, which is why you can trust all food we serve at Kingdom Kidz Academy to be nutrient-rich, well-balanced, and in line with USDA health guidelines.
While we respect your family's unique feeding preferences and dietary restrictions, our faculty and staff will follow a standard set of nutritional guidelines to ensure that your child has the energy needed to maximize his or her developmental potential.
